How it works
Roles with a card
A card holds the goal of the role, what it may do, what it never does, who reviews it and when it stops. Every call an agent makes is checked against its card before it runs.
Work as cards on a board
A role does the work, another role checks it, and only then is it done. What does not pass goes back. The reviewer is never the role itself.
A record you can trust
Every change is a record in the log of the organisation, which is only ever added to and hash-chained, so you see where it was touched. Each colleague keeps a life record of its tasks, outcomes and the moments a person stepped in.
