A ticket goes to the lane for its kind of work. The role in that lane brings the knowledge, the rules and the AI model for the task. You read the work log afterwards and see exactly what happened.
How it works
Follow active work
One view shows the work in progress: its ticket, role, model, status and conversation. A lane can have several tickets in progress at once, and independent lanes progress in parallel.
An organisation of AI colleagues
Each colleague has a role card. Another role reviews its work, and whatever only a person may decide comes to you.
Read what it did
When an agent is done, its report is in the work log of the ticket: what it did, which files it touched, how it checked the result.
