How it works
A question you can answer at once
It comes with what it is about, why it is asked, the options, a recommendation, and what happens after each answer. You do not have to open the ticket or the mail behind it.
Autopilot: your rules, applied
You set the rules for kinds of situations. Autopilot applies them to the questions that fit, and everything it decided is listed and can be turned back.
An evening overview
A mail at the end of the day lists what was decided and done without you, and how to reverse it.
