FeatureLearning from what happens
Every action leaves a record, and the organisation gets better from its own record.
An autonomous organisation is only as good as its feedback loop. The log shows what happened, where work got stuck and which decisions you made again and again. Those patterns become new rules, so the next run needs less of you.

How it works
A log of everything
What an agent saw, decided and did is written down: in its work log, in the ticket and in a life record per colleague.
Stuck work frees itself
A loop looks for work that does not move, recognises the pattern and frees it within safe limits. The patterns are data, and new ones are learned.
Your answers become rules
The questions you answer again and again become proposals for Autopilot. You switch them on, and fewer questions come to you.
Reviews over a period
A role looks back over a week or a month: what went well, what went wrong, what to change in its own knowledge.
